Vernadette Ramirez Broyles is the President and General Counsel of Child & Parental Rights Campaign, Inc., a non-partisan not-for-profit public interest law firm founded to defend parents’ rights to shield their children against the harms of gender identity ideology. Vernadette is engaged in Title IX, parental rights, and family law litigation, and has served as a Guardian ad Litem for children in court and as an Assistant District Attorney with the Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney’s Office. Vernadette received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her law degree from Harvard Law School. Vernadette was appointed by Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue to serve on the State Board of the Georgia Department of Human Services, where she co-chaired the Department of Family and Children Services Committee. She was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on Advisory Boards to the U.S. Department of Justice Violence Against Women program and the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention program. Vernadette and her husband live in Johns Creek, Georgia and have two children.
